Nantong Liwei Machinery Co.,Ltd. is a deck machinery factory which was established in 1958. Our products include winches, windlass, crane, capstans which are used for Offshore platforms, all kinds of Engineering vessels, Scientific research vessels, Bulk cargo containers.etc. Products Certificates: ABS, DNV-GL, LR, RINA, BV, RMRS, CCS, NK, etc.

It is the marine exhibition where  shipyards and shipowners can meet in one place. 1. Mooring positioning system

According to the requirements of ABS specification, we designed and manufactured 12-points anchor mooring positioning system for SSCV Semi-submersible lifting platform of CIMC RAFFLES. The winch single rope rated load is 1500kN, supporting load is 5000kN. The system is driven by variable frequency motor and VFD, and uses shift reduction gear unit, dynamic brake system and constant tension control technology.

2. Mooring winch

We designed and manufactured 2000kN mooring winches which were driven by double variable frequency motors and VFD system. They were used for Jack-up Crane Barge of Jurong Shipyard（Ship owner: Saudi Aramco）.They were certificated by ABS. The hull number is 11-1090.

3. Ship-shifting winch

We designed and manufactured the double-drums Ship-shifting winches for Singapore Keppel，the single-rope pulling load is 2000kN ,the winch is driven by double variable frequency motors. The products were approved by RMRS.
