1.        Valve Remote Control System 

The valve remote control system (VRCS) is a type of system used to remotely operate valves in industrial processes. It is typically used in situations where manual operation of valves is either difficult or dangerous, such as in oil and gas production, petrochemical plants, or offshore installations.

Our system consists of hydraulic power pack, hydraulic actuator, solenoid valve, control consol.  The principles of the valve remote control system are that the pressurized oil generated by the hydraulic power pack is used to open and close the valves by means of the actuators.

In addition, a customized configuration is possible depending on the shipyard specifications, ship type and installation location of equipment.

2.        Hydraulic actuator / HQ series

A valve actuator is the mechanism for opening and closing a valve.

KSB Hydraulic actuator HQ series is used for the operation of quarter turn valve such as butterfly valve with a method of converting oil flow pressure into motion.

The compact HQ series provides the best optimized operating performance via constant & high torque output and is suitable to any place. In particular, certified products that meet the design requirements under explosion-proof regulations can be installed in an explosive area.

3.         Oil Discharge Monitoring System / ODME-S-3000 

Oil tankers carry different types of oil cargo in their cargo tankers and sail in various sea areas.

The ballast water carried in cargo tanks has to be discharged out at sea before the next cargo loading. Therefore, Oil Discharge monitoring Equipment is used to prevent the pollution of ocean by oil due to the discharge from ballast and bilge spaces.

In accordance with MAPOL 73/78 annex I, all the oil tankers of 150 GT and above must have an approved Oil Discharge Monitoring System.

The Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment, S-3000 continuously samples the oil-mixture water being discharged overboard, measures the oil content, and controls the discharge of the oil-mixture water.

KSB Seil continue to upgrade the equipment according to the revision of the related rule to meet the requirements.

In particular, the upgraded Ver.2 can save data for about 42 years with a large storage space of 470 Mbyte.

4.        Butterfly valve

In various industries, a butterfly valve is used to control the fluid flow (solid, liquid, gas) within the process. This is a quarter-turn valve that are popular for on-off or modulating services. A butterfly valve is from a family of valves called quarter-turn valves. In operation, the valve is fully open or closed when the disc is rotated a quarter turn. This operation requires emission control with perfect tightness. The advantage of amri valve, which has been recognized for its technology and product power worldwide, is its perfect tightness and one package solution with HQ series actuator product line.

Also, as a valve designed for cryogenic applications that have to withstand extremely low temperatures, it has high performance to safely and efficiently control cryogenic gases and respond to high pressure.
